Texas Instruments India announced the 2012 edition of TI India Analog design Contest. The main aim of the contest is to promote the Analog IC based –Hardware system design in Indian engineering colleges. This year the competition is opened to Post graduate students also.

BE/B Tech ,ME/M Tech and PhD students (Except 2012 graduates) from all recognized Indian academic institutions are eligible to participate. A team must consist of only UG or PG students (ie, No mixing allowed).

The contest will be conducted in two phases. At least three teams must participate from a college for the college to be qualified for phase 1.Each team must consist of two or more participants and they should submit a project proposal (online) by June 10,2012 according to the contest guidelines(See guidelines). The selected teams should work on their  project and should submit a final report &a video of their project demonstration by February 1,2013(TI will provide hardware for these projects based on these constraints).The winning team will get cash prize.

The winning teams of phase 1 will be invited to present their projects and the winners of phase 2 will be selected from these teams. The top project will fetch a cash prize of USD 10,000 along will several honour of recognition.
