Low Power SRAM Cells Seminar Report ECE Abstract

In this seminar report analysis of static random access memory (SRAM) is done. Basic 6T SRAM cell, implemented 7T SRAM cell and Sleepy Stack SRAM cell types are studied. Their modes of operation, performance analysis of read stability, write ability, power dissipation and delay times were studied in great detail and the simulation results of their power dissipation and delay times are compared at different conditions and cases. And also impact of voltage variations and temperature variations were studied and simulation results will be discussed. We will also have a look at different types of memory failures and effect of voltage variations on these failures. ( Low Power SRAM Cells Seminar Report ECE )
