Excerpts From AbstractThis is a robot series utilizes four wheels to drive over just about any terrain. It works on any indoor surface and outdoor surfaces. This is an intelligent robot that can easily move on uneven surfaces too. This robot uses RF technology controlled by RF remote. This paper presents research in steering control techniques for an Automated All Terrain Vehicle (ATV).The work presented here focused particularly on modification of previous control methods for a motorized steering system done by another team in order to eliminate problems with motor overheating. Hardware and Software techniques were utilized in the process of exploring the cause of the heating, and what has been learned can be integrated into the ATV systems.
